If they're serious about hosting, they shouldn't limit it to Delhi alone. India has plenty of beautiful cities. Remember the India Open badminton mishap and make sure the games are well-managed - proper stadium upkeep, cleanliness and overall management. Places like Guwahati, Bhubaneswar, Ahmedabad and the southern regions are all options.
