27M | Need suggestions on AM setup

I met a girl through the AM setup, and we've had two meetings with each other's families separately. I'm working as a product analyst at an IT firm, earning 15 LPA, and she has just completed her BDS (dentist). Now my question is: should I go ahead with this? I'm the first in my family to marry outside my profession—engineering and medical are completely different! I can manage for the first few years, but I have an education loan of 22 LPA and I'm not sure about her career. When I talk to her, I feel she may not work for a few years (she says she will). Should I take the risk?
