Explain to parents that Workday is why I'm still unemployed

My parents want me to start working, but how do I explain that Workday is why I'm still unemployed.

I've been jobless for a month and my parents aren't happy about me staying at home. I also spend a lot of time playing video games, which doesn't help my situation.

I need ideas so I can eventually move out of my parents' apartment.

Workday makes you spend an entire day applying for a job just to get a rejection email.

Workday is completely useless; the site never loads and only shows phantom jobs.

There are platforms like Oracle Cloud, Darwinbox, Naukri, company career pages and the list goes on... All that ATS nonsense. The truth is they don't hire through ATS or portals; they hire internally or through connections. I got a single interview with NielsenIQ after sending out over 1,000 applications, and the HR later cancelled it saying the position was filled internally.
