Did you say yes just because you were exhausted?

I'm completely fed up with this whole process - the resume rounds, phone calls, meetings, family remarks, and that endless "So what did you think?" after every interaction. Eventually I stopped wondering "Is this the right person?" and began asking "Is this person good enough to make it work?"

Has anyone ever said "yes" when they were this exhausted? How did it turn out?

Same here - I'm not sure whether to say yes or no.

Almost everyone says yes for that very reason. The only ones who don't are the ones with plenty of options, and everyone is eager to marry them.

I've never dated anyone myself, but from what I see the dating scene isn't that different. Many people I know eventually just "give in" - either to an arranged match or to someone who isn't perfect but is tolerable or even lovable to some extent (there are great love stories too, I'm not ignoring those lucky couples and I'm not saying arranged matches are better).

So, while your point might hold (or at least I think it does), the dating market is pretty "open" - there's nothing really binding people except love, which often fades. I don't think it would be any different if you were dating.
