With your scores, you should definitely pursue a regular degree and prepare for government service on the side. Keep your options open; at this age you can juggle multiple things. The traditional job market—engineering, IT, corporate roles—is sluggish right now, so a government job can be a solid backup and vice‑versa, depending on luck.
