This is clearly wrong. A few questions pop up. Apart from Bar and Bench, no other media house - even Live Law - reported this incident. There's no official source, just an undisclosed one from the Delhi HC, but that doesn't automatically make it illegitimate. There are more news articles now. The article also says ABAP is the legal wing of the RSS, but I couldn't find any such affiliation on their official website. It's only mentioned by people that it's a legal wing.
