Just the same as the title.

To be honest, I've grown to appreciate my brother's compliments and I don't give a fig about girls anymore.

Imran

If you think the gym will get you girls, sorry, but you won't go very far that way.

Pranav

As a gym fanatic, I think those claims are over‑hyped. I do get looks and attention both inside and outside the gym, but not to the point where someone wants to date me or pick a fight. And I never skip leg days.

Dinesh

Almost all the compliments I get are from guys about my training and weight‑loss journey, except for two married women. I've never had anyone try to fight me at the gym; most people there are really supportive.

Douglas

The gym won't magically bring you girls. It might boost your confidence, which could help.

Ishaan

I'm attracted to men, so for me it works. I don't get many compliments, and I'm not that strong yet – I'm at the 86th percentile for grip strength.

Girls often keep you in your comfort zone with flattering compliments. They push you to try harder, step out, improve yourself and take risks.

Isha

I see that as a total win.
