My calculation speed in quants isn't improving. I know how to solve the problems, but I can't attempt all of them. I've learned squares, multiplication, cubes... Should I practice calculations every day or focus on simplification questions?

Besides bank holidays, how many leaves can we take in a month without prior approval, or that are usually approved? Also, do we have targets during the probation period, and is it mandatory to meet them?
