Even though it cleared the test, it's still not as high‑quality a protein as meat, dairy or whey. Still, it's a decent option for vegies who want to swap regular roti for something richer.

Price has gone up. Also, it took about 7 days for Trustified to upload the results, so something might be off between them.

Shreya

I saw they only use three ingredients. Can I make this at home?

Jai

They claim low absorption, but my body doesn't seem to take in the protein well.

Umesh

(South Indian family) While we don't eat roti daily, isn't it cheaper to buy a protein‑rich flour and mix it in? My family adds it to roti and poori, and the taste actually improves. We also mix it into idli‑dosa batter and even upma.

Hold on! One roti only has 6 g protein? That doesn't sound right at all.

Laksh

Wouldn't it be simpler to just blend defatted soy flour into regular wheat flour?

Anusha

Too expensive as an atta substitute. Better go for bajra or jowar atta and add protein powder on top.

Yash

The next big thing could be protein‑rich gravies, since rotis already take most of the calories, leaving little room for sides.
