I had a blood test a month ago and my Vitamin B12 came back really high. Is that a cause for concern? I eat low‑fat paneer 3–4 days a week, drink an Amul lassi daily, total protein about 120 g, and I work out regularly.

Sachin

Just dealing with all this success.

Monica

Turn it into Vitamin D, halve it, and give it to me.

Rohit

You're getting a decent mileage of 25.7 km/l. Nice.

Arif

It could be a sign of liver or kidney issues, so get it checked just to be safe.

Arisha

I have a question – how's the health of your facial skin?

Vandana

I'm not certain, but you can't really get B12 toxicity because the body doesn't store it. It's probably something you ate before the test that spiked the level.

Seema

Even after a B12 injection, I'm still deficient here.

Vijay

Some people drown in success, while others die of thirst.

Namrata

Give me some, man. My B12 is undetectable (below 100) and I can't raise it no matter what. It feels like living hell.

Harini

OP, get your tests done at a few other labs as well. These days you can't fully trust any single lab's results.
