Unlike the grandiosity you see in many mythological movies, Arjun: The Warrior Prince took a different path. The minimal use of gold, the simple draping of the characters, the depiction of the old city – everything feels spot‑on. These days directors often stage fights in a gladiator‑style arena, but back then people fought in open grounds, just like shown above. Also, why don't most mythological films have big rocks and boulders? Those weren't modern, polished cities! This movie gets those tiny details right – the surroundings, the clothes, the rustic tone of voice. It feels so refreshing. Nowadays every mythological character talks with a polished, flawless voice, but people back then wouldn't have sounded that 'clean'. There's a rawness in their tone that should be captured, but often isn't. If you haven't seen it, I'd definitely recommend giving it a watch.
