I was 110 kg before and now I'm 82 kg, but I still want to get leaner. I'm doing a 6‑day‑a‑week full‑body split and following a completely plant‑based diet (vegan for ethical reasons). My intake is about 2300 calories with 150g protein; carbs and fats shift depending on how I feel. The biggest change that people don't talk about is the facial one – I look like a completely different person now
