Need help identifying skin issue present for 3‑4 yrs

In the photo it's not very clear, sorry, but it's really affecting my looks. It's been on my face for around 4‑5 years, with many spots and scars. I tried salicylic acid and niacinamide, but nothing helped. What should I do?
