So this happened two days ago. I couldn't share it anywhere else because the hostel put a lot of pressure on us. They even checked every student's phone, mine included.
Many of us were hesitant, but they called our parents and said they wanted to install some game‑blocker or some nonsense website blocker on our phones. So we were forced by our parents to hand over our phones.
Even now, many of us in the hostel don't even know about this incident.
I had saved a video because I knew the game and uploaded it to my Google Drive.
From what the boy's father told me, the guy (the victim) was sitting at his table when something hit the back of his head. He saw the fan lying on the bed and didn't feel any pain (I have no idea how) until he touched the back of his head and felt it was squishy. His hands were dripping with blood.
He tried to call the warden but the warden wasn't there, so his friends helped him get to the hospital.
Meanwhile the hostel somehow convinced his dad. The students who recorded the video said they offered to cut his current month's fees by half.
He has an exam on 4 April and still hasn't returned from the hospital.
Please pray for him!!!!!
That's terrifying; they should be taken to court for this.

Let's pray for him, but his exam shouldn't be the priority over his health. Shame on the hostel staff.
No way, dude. Hostel people should be taught a lesson after this.
A new fear unlocked.
Mmm, I almost got killed because you couldn't install a fan properly, and all you offer is to cut my electricity bill from 12 rs to 6 rs... such generosity!! (Also, where did this happen? I'm in Kota too.)
"Offered to cut his current month's fees by half"
Are we serious right now?
Our country is great, and the people here are amazing.
That's messed up—hope the guy is safe and sound.
Bhai, I'm really praying for him. It was his drop year; he worked so hard. This shouldn't stop him from appearing for the exam. Please God, let him recover.
Make this go viral; those people need to be held accountable.
