He's just done a fantastic job today, everything went according to plan
This could also go in the funny posts section for the bowling
He's given us the momentum we needed the most by taking on Adil Rashid, who's a total master of leg spin right now, and then those yorkers in the final over when it mattered the most
Bowled 3 incredible balls when we needed them the most, then eased off a bit but the match was already won anyway.
To be honest, I don't think he batted that amazingly today, his strike rate was a bit lower than the team's run rate. But all's well that ends well, right?
Excellent game with the bat, I'd say his bowling did the trick. At least he bowled better than a so-called 'premier bowler' who gave away almost 28 runs against an average all-rounder.
Dube's also doing a great job with his impactful innings and those last two good deliveries, definitely worth appreciating....
He can bowl, but sometimes the team or even he himself lacks confidence. He's the 6th bowler, so he should just focus on line and length.
The #IMPACT PLAYER rule is killing the all-rounder abilities of INDIA#
A guy with limited skills, but he's executed them to the best of his abilities, almost 150%!
If this guy starts coming in at the top order, he'll regularly score 30-50... hitting 3 sixes off Rashid is no joke
You guys think he bowled badly... but it was all part of the plan to let Thala take the glory, obviously. 7 runs, 7 wickets? And Thala watching?
