The YouTube channel Trustified posted a lab‑test video on DMART spices, focusing on the Haldi Powder and Red Chilli Powder. Unfortunately, both came up negative in the Microbiological Test. Just three weeks ago, Everest Masalas were tested and they also failed the same test. Health seems to have become a joke in India.

We've started buying whole spices and grinding them ourselves at home.
The FSSAI feels like a joke in this country.
Any health specialist here? Will this cause any harm to the body? It feels like our bodies have gotten used to this stuff, lol.
We're totally cooked.
Abh will make a move. DMART will definitely get the video taken down.
Most Indians are probably fine, since these bacteria usually die with heat, so they might get killed while cooking. My only worry is lead poisoning, which should never be tolerated.
Don't trust any powdered spices.
Honest question: name one Indian brand that sells powdered spices which wouldn't fail if tested.
