[83% Engineers Unemployed](https://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/education/news/73-of-recruiters-now-prioritise-talent-over-premier-college-tags-says-report/articleshow/119260075.cms)
If you don't graduate from a good college, you'll end up unemployed.
There's already a 5x oversupply of engineers, and with AI the job market is getting tougher.
The same goes for B.A. – it's the most popular degree in India but it doesn't give you technical skills.
Which degree should I pick? I've completed 12th with PCM.
History, Sociology, Philosophy, Political Science, or any language literature can also be options.
Gender studies can be useful, and HR skills are always in demand.
I'd say economics will take off, so you could go for that.
