Pani peete raho, bhai, koi alternative nahi hai. As for cola, it should be fine—just try Diet Coke.
I'm a major investor in Apollo Hospitals, so I approve this. I'd be happy if you could raise it to four bottles a day!
Avoid drinking every day. It has zero calories, but it still tricks your brain into thinking you've had sugar, and because it's very sweet you keep craving sugar all the time. Not good for gut microbiome in the long run. Not good for teeth enamel. I'd say don't drink more than twice a week.
After drinking it daily for 15 years, my tooth enamel is ruined.
Yeah, no issues. I'd suggest you increase your intake.
It's scientifically safe.
Bhai, you all have a problem with water or what?
There are far worse things people consume, but artificial sugars are where many draw the line, lol.
I drink four cans a day and lost 25 kg in six months. Nothing bad happened.
Who knows?
