Hey folks! Wanted to share my transformation story. I hit the gym for the first time on 15th Nov 2025; I was 76.5 kg and didn't feel confident stepping on the body‑composition analyser. I shed about 5 kg first, then did my first check at around 71 kg in Dec 2025. After that I just kept at it, no stopping. I stuck to the same diet every day, only 2‑3 cheat meals. I kept a steady calorie deficit of roughly 400‑500 kcal (cut 200 kcal from food and burned about 250 kcal with low‑intensity cardio). PS: I was sick from 1‑20 Mar, so missed the gym, which explains the 1 kg drop in muscle mass.

In reality, weight minus fat gives you lean mass (fat‑free mass). Muscle and lean mass aren't exactly the same.
