This just shows how clueless some bureaucrats and government officials are. They sign a billion‑dollar MOU with a random firm, and some even think they can push an app onto people's phones without consent. There might be decent officers, but the bad image sticks because of people like these.

First, check who floated the ₹25,000 crore proposal – senior officers, IAS cadres, ministers, you name it. Forget them.

I'm pretty sure the government outsources the bidding process to consultants like EY to pick the best offer. They use a 100‑point scoring system, deducting points for unmet parameters, then go through several rounds. I'm not saying there's no corruption, but it isn't solely on the bureaucrats.

Rarely. Brother, this entire government runs on lies, propaganda, and caring about public perception. I wouldn't be surprised if Modi himself checks Twitter every few minutes.
