Title: Cotaryl Cream
Post by: Mukesh on Mar 28, 2026, 05:10 AM
Anyone got reviews on this cream for both body and face? I want to fade dark patches on elbows, knees, the back of my neck, underarms and post‑inflammatory hyperpigmentation scars. Can I also use it for hyperpigmentation around my mouth?

You can use it as a hand cream or on areas that need heavy hydration—feet, elbows, knees. I've tried it and it works well there. Not suitable for the face; it can clog pores unless your skin is extremely dry.

I apply it to my whole body 4‑5 times a week, and after 3‑4 weeks my skin feels really smooth. Whatever remains on my palms I use to dab a little moisturizer on my face, so the concentration on the face is lower.

For me it's like magic in a small tub. It cleared the rashes on my forearms (PMLE) from sun exposure when nothing else helped. It also smoothed razor bumps and softened cracks in my feet. I haven't tried it on my face yet, but it seems like a multipurpose pharmacy body cream that more people should know about.
