The oats are Alpino/Pintoal protein oats and whey has 130 calories, but with milk it jumps to about 200.

Too little fat and cutting carbs too much can cause hormonal imbalance; you need healthy fats in your diet.

Don't just follow a generic chart; feed your details to ChatGPT or Gemini—they'll give you a better plan.

100 g of oats and 200 g of peas? Are you sure you can handle that much, bro?

Bruh, good luck trying to eat 100 g of oats in one go. I start feeling weird after just 40–45 g.

The pea nutrition looks off. Which variety of peas are you using?

You probably don't need 170 g of protein.

This plan is decent, but sticking to it daily might be tough. Add some oil or veggies. If the diet looks too strict, you could get demotivated. It's better to just start and keep going—consistency matters more. Keep it simple: eat protein‑rich foods, avoid junk, and things will balance themselves.
