I'm wondering if they got the necessary clearance from the aviation ministry to do this
let's not get too carried away, weather balloons don't actually go to space, the Karman Line is at 100km and they only reach 35km or 40km max, still pretty cool though, and great for motivating younger students
Hopefully it won't end up like Galgotia
this isn't a satellite, it needs to be in orbit to be called that, it's like those YouTube videos where they send up a helium balloon to get space footage, not sure how they plan to analyze fungal spores from this
This is amazing at the school level and definitely needs to be encouraged
And then there's the UP govt, giving out 500 rs in the name of a Sanskrit scholarship
Why didn't they showcase actual inventions like this at the AI summit, instead of some fake AI dog that made our country look bad, thanks to Badmosh NewsReporters
Small cube sats like this are pretty common worldwide, even in India, lots of private schools have done this, but it's great that govt school students are finally getting a chance to build and launch them, it'll create awareness and curiosity about STEM fields
I just hope they're warning airplanes about this, it could potentially cause a crash
Galgotia is like...
