Yeah, that's not normal – looks like agricultural impurities. You could drop them an email, but it's probably nothing to worry about, I guess.

I've started using a strainer for all my protein powders. I keep finding unfiltered chunks in Amul whey, so now I always strain it.

That's pretty common with plant protein. Pea or rice powders can form small fibre‑like clumps if they get a bit moist. If it smells and tastes normal and is within the expiry date, it's usually fine. Otherwise, don't risk it.
