Title: It's more about getting the job done than worrying about the taste, you know.
Post by: Usha on Mar 21, 2026, 04:54 PM
I feel adding 4‑6 eggs or about 250 g of chicken breast to every simple meal works well.

My daily protein plan looks like this:
Protein oats + milk (~20 g)
8 eggs (~48 g)
250 g chicken breast (~60‑70 g)
→ roughly 130‑140 g of protein per day

What do you mean by "not the taste"? If these are your meals, you clearly haven't experienced truly tasteless food.

Bruh, how can that even be called tasteless? I'd actually kill for that kind of food in a hostel.

If you start treating food as fuel rather than a flavour experience, trust me, your biggest fitness hurdle will disappear.

Bro, you're eating better than most of us, yet you keep saying "it's not about the taste" like you're some ascetic monk.

Taste is just a social construct, right? /s

Bro, I can literally sense the taste just from the picture. What are you even saying?

Yeah, same here – it's either 8 eggs or about 100‑200 g of soy to hit that protein target.

No liquid with this? How are you supposed to digest all that solid food?
