For those who aren't following, my All‑India Rank is around 7,000 and I somehow landed a seat in IIT Delhi CSE because of the remark option. I was expecting a college in Dhanbad or Ropar, but now I'll be sitting with AIR 10‑plus students.
I didn't know what the remark option meant, and now I'm stuck. I can't move down the list because I'm locked at choice 2 (choice 1 was IIT Bombay CSE).
I've looked at the closing ranks for every category and I'm pretty sure I'll have the lowest CRL there.
I'm asking anyone who has punched above their weight or will end up with much brighter peers in a top branch - how do you handle the pressure and any discrimination you might face?
Also, is there any way to drop this category? My documents got verified by mistake (I submitted them before the allocation) and I already have the acceptance letter.

Edit: Your father has sacrificed his life for the country, something most people never do. This seat is the least the nation can give back for his sacrifice.

A 7k rank is still decent and CSE isn't that hard. Just ignore the FOMO and everything will be fine.
