It's not even been a year since I joined as SBI JA and I think I have enough reason to flex after clearing JAIIB CAIIB in my first attempt. Although the job has started giving me a hard time (not trying to demotivate anyone). At least I'm getting those increments (that was the main purpose) and I'm eligible for promotion after I complete 3 years of service as an Associate (which I don't think I'll opt for). So yeah... enough flexing... your questions are welcomed
What percentage increase in basic pay does this bring? And what does 'eligible for promotion' mean - can't one get promoted just by clearing both? Also, can you leave by 6 pm?
What's the percentage increase for each increment?
What's the take-home salary now?
Why aren't you opting for it?
How many hours did you study each day to clear them within a year? I'm planning to do the same, so any tips would help.
Bro, can you share how you prepared? The books feel heavy and I can't get through so much. I'm using Murugan notes for JAIIB right now; not sure about CAIIB.
How did you prepare for CAIIB?
What's the increment amount? Does it offer any other career benefits?
Which optional subjects did you choose for CAIIB?
Could you share the work-life balance and pressure of a JA?
