i only train once a week for my back, and i do three workouts for it. 1. chest supported tbar rowing - i go as heavy as possible, this is my main workout for the day, and i exhaust about 70 percent of my energy after finishing this. 2. lat pulls - after coming from t bar rowing, i cant really push myself too much here. 3. seated rowing - this is more like a finisher workout for me. is there something i'm missing, or do you guys have any suggestions on my physique or workout

i notice that guys are always complaining about women being mean and only looking for good looks, but this is how they treat each other. his back looks good, though it's still a work in progress. but all the guys here are focused on the wolverine thing. it's 2026, and having hair is natural, so get over it
we can all imagine how hard he must have worked to get in this shape. instead of appreciating that, many people are focused on his hair. i'm sure most of them are insecure about themselves in one way or another, so instead of working on that, they choose to criticize someone they don't even know
