Great work, easily 5.5-6 marks.

Well written.
Work on spacing a little.
You can add a hub-and-spoke diagram to show the importance of the preamble.
Conclusion is good.

Add some value‑addition; the answer looks basic. Also, avoid repeating 'preamble' repeatedly-it reads like a kid's answer. Mention it once in the heading. You have the potential to score high marks. Good luck!

3.5 or 4.

Reason:
1. You've covered enough points, but:
2. There's a grammatical slip in the conclusion that leads to a conceptual error - calling the preamble "alienable"?
3. In the second part you wrote that the preamble "guarantees", which clashes with your earlier claim that it's non‑justiciable. A better word would be "reiterates".

You could have selected 4 out of the 6 points in the second section. It looks a bit redundant-when you have many points but limited space, combine them, e.g., integrity with fraternity, equality with liberty, secularism with socialism. That will cut unnecessary English and boost keyword quality.

You could have ended by stating that the preamble is the Constitution's identity card.

There were three topics and a heading:
1) Explain how it is the soul
2) Then 'examine' is the keyword
3) Significance
Try to make the heading stand out so that all parts are covered.

I think the legal‑status part needs more case law to show the evolving significance-like the Berubari case (though not a constitutional provision), then Kesavananda, and perhaps the LIC or Minerva cases that treat the Constitution as an integral part.

Also, the significance section reads more like a restatement of the preamble rather than original points.

P.S. Just my observation, sorry if it sounds too critical :)

Alternative intro - the preamble's status as part of the Constitution has been a long‑standing debate, clarified by Supreme Court judgments.

You repeated the intro and conclusion; one part mentions 'horoscopes of KM Munshi' and the other 'Crown Jewel', so they sound similar.

Also, you wrote 'Significance of the Constitution' as a heading; it should be 'Significance of the Preamble'.
