I had a terrible experience with Blue Dart, they took my OTP but never delivered the parcel, and now Jewelmars is saying they are investigating, but I have got nothing so far
I ordered something from Jewelmars and they used Blue Dart for delivery, the delivery guy called me and I told him to leave it with the security since I was not home, and I also shared the OTP with him, but when I got back home, there was no parcel, I checked with the security and they said they never received anything, and the CCTV footage also showed that no delivery was made, but the status still says delivered, now both Blue Dart and Jewelmars are giving me the runaround

You should not have shared the OTP, it is not just the delivery guy who misused it, you also made a mistake by sharing it, hopefully the CCTV footage will help your case and you will be more careful in the future
You should complain to Blue Dart's customer service, they usually resolve these issues within a day or two
Something similar happened to me, I think the delivery guy took the OTP and delivered the parcel to a different society with a similar name
I had a similar experience, the parcel was kept for return and given to the security guard, but the delivery guy took it and I never got a refund from Tata Cliq, I lost both the money and the product, after that I never shared the OTP unless I or a family member received the parcel
You gave the OTP, that was your mistake
It seems like you are blaming the brand for this issue, which is not entirely fair, they use third party delivery services, what are they supposed to do, it is the delivery agent who is at fault, not the brand
You should not have given the OTP before getting the package, that was a mistake on your part
I do not understand what this post has to do with skincare
You should tell the delivery guy to come back later or only share the OTP once you have the package, OTP scams are very common
