I think his movies are top‑notch; I've been watching them a lot. But the Malayali audience seems to hate him completely. Any other movies of his that I missed?

I first noticed him in OK Kanmani (2015). It's one of those rare cases where a son carries forward the legacy of a legendary father.
I'm a massive fan of DQ ever since Usthad Hotel.
I love how his filmography is so varied. He's had the freedom to take risks, and not many nepotism kids choose that route. There's a genuine sincerity in his roles that shows the effort he puts in. It's great when an actor's hard work results in commendable, memorable performances on screen.
Switching between DQ's Telugu and Malayalam films, all three Malayalam movies - Sita Ramam, Lucky Bhaskar and Mahanati - have been very good, if not better.
DQ boasts one of the finest filmographies among contemporary actors. His script choices are top‑notch, and apart from Nani, no one comes close.
I love Dulquer Salmaan's films; he's very talented and has great range. I've watched his recent film Bhaskar five times.
I can see some jealousy from the DQ haters online in this thread. Bahut jali hai unn logon ki.
DQ's Malayalam work doesn't look like that, for sure. His Telugu filmography is stronger.
Salute is such a masterpiece, man.
The Malayali audience doesn't hate him; it's just a toxic section of the fandom. They only see him as Mammootty's son, so they can't appreciate him as an individual actor. They downplay his successes and celebrate his failures.
