I'm a recent graduate, currently applying and attending interviews.
The company (Qubitam) called me and said I was shortlisted. It's a new startup with no AmbitionBox reviews. They claim it's backed by top investors and pays well, especially for freshers.
I reached the office at 10 AM.
Here's how the day went:
1st round - Technical MCQ - 1 hr
2nd round - Problem solving - 5 questions (2 easy, 2 medium, 1 hard)
3rd round - System design - 1 hr
Lunch break at 3 PM
4th round - Technical interview - 1 hr
5th round - HR interview - 1 hr
Everything went fine and they offered me a 3-month trainee stint followed by a full-time developer role.
Now the bait: the pay is 12k per month with a 2-year bond, and no hike until the bond is completed.
I was about to stab his throat with my pen.
I did everything for this brooo.
Finally I left the office at 6:30 PM
Thank you
12k per month for a full-time role?
Fucking hell, man!
The system design round was brutal.
Even if you become a Blinkit delivery guy, you'll earn twice as much.
Which city is this?
Wait for the offer letter and then reject it.
Name and shame
LMAO, lesson for the future: always discuss salary before you give a damn :P
The bond is illegal.
Can you please tell me what was asked in the technical MCQ? I have an exam the day after tomorrow, please.
