Signing MOUs and getting funds wired are two different things. Some materialise, many don't. In this context, "secures investment" is misleading. You don't secure something without a firm commitment. This is just an anticipated transaction from both sides. Recorded off‑balance sheet as of now, in accounting terms. Fun flair – this situation is similar to going to a BMW showroom, checking out the car, test‑driving, admiring it and telling the salesperson, "Loved it, I'll think about it and get back." Would the salesperson then record this as "secured sale"?

Actually 2025 mein West Bengal government ne 212 MOU sign kiye, worth ₹4,40,000 cr, lekin sabko pata hai kuch bhi nahi hua.
Main tab tak vishwas karunga jab wo 40 billion land ho jayega.
Ab tak 2014 se 150k bhi nahi dekha.
