Sathyaraj sir was the ultimate in these spoofs. I still crack up whenever I watch the Mahanadigan, Englishkaaran and Kovai Brothers spoof comedies.

There are plenty of low-budget spoof films still coming out, trying to parody current movies and trending topics. They're usually worth only .5 to 1 star, so they go unnoticed.

Sathyaraj was at his peak back then. He churned out movie after movie between 2004 and 2007, and none of them were seriously serious.
In the same movie he also takes a dig at Dhanush and even at Sibir. Nobody's safe from Sathyaraj.
