The delivery guy ran the diagnostic test, but it kept failing. I took over, and despite the phone getting scorching hot, I forced it through the tests. I factory reset the device, and amazingly, it passed both the software test and visual check.

I had a similar story exchanging my S22. It had a motherboard issue, and I managed to get a good deal. I was ready for a fight and even put the phone in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before the exchange.
