I used to struggle with dry skin, gut irritation, rashes, acne and pimples. Serums and moisturisers helped a bit, but they only work when your diet and supplements are clean. After 7 months of staying consistent, my skin is a lot clearer, people keep complimenting my glow and asking what I use. I tell them it's not just the products, it's the whole system.

Please don't use Carbamide Forte – it's really poor. Try the Well‑Being marine collagen; it works much better.

Please ditch that CF bottle – see the TRUSTIFIED video. Most oral supplements work at only 10‑15 % efficiency, so it's not worth the money. You're already pretty, you can move to maintenance mode now. By the way, where did you get that Akatsuki headband?
