Chicken
Eggs
Fish
Veggies – kale, lettuce, spinach, etc.
Whey protein
I'm obsessed with watermelon.

When the zero‑sugar cold drink went on sale for just ₹10, I knocked back three! Had to see if the magic was real. Lol!
I whipped up a dessert using Greek yogurt, an egg and a scoop of protein powder, baked it for 3 mins, and it turned out amazing.
Can anyone share tips to gain weight with a hectic schedule – 3 hours of travel and a 9‑10 hour workday? I'm 22.
Brother, could you suggest foods to help a skinny guy like me put on muscle?
Makhana – buy raw, roast at home with a little ghee, salt and black pepper.
Tofu or paneer – which is better for muscle gain?
