Title: Rate My Lunch on Cut
Post by: Ranjit on May 18, 2026, 08:10 PM
I had 6 boiled eggs (3 whole and 3 whites), a bowl of boiled beans (rajma, chana, raha), onion-cucumber salad, and a bowl of curd.

8.5/10. If you keep the yolks, it's a solid 10/10.

I'd give it 9/10 – just make sure you finish everything, yolks included.

Bhai, the meal looks solid for the cut! And yeah, everyone's right – no need to fear egg yolks. Dietary cholesterol doesn't spike blood cholesterol like old textbooks claim. Yolks have essential vitamins and healthy fats that help testosterone and recovery. Plus the chana and onions give you good fiber. Overall 10/10 solid desi diet! Keep grinding, bro!

Looks like torture food aside from the eggs. A little seasoning would help, bro. Not ideal for long-term consistency.

Bro, you're basically eating the ingredients themselves.
