I can't find the Nord CE5 anywhere. I'm leaning towards the X7 Pro because its UFS 4.0 should last longer. The Vivo T4 worries me with its older processor and UFS 2.2. Please suggest – I need to book today!

Grab the Nord CE5 – it's available in offline stores and there's one stocked near my house. I'm using it myself and the performance still feels solid.
The Poco X7 Pro will definitely outlast the Vivo or OnePlus, and the Realme can hold its own too. My mother has been using a Poco M2 Pro for 5.5 years, and I've been on Poco phones since 2019 – they never slow down, staying fast even after four years.
Both the Poco X7 Pro and Realme P3 Ultra are gaming‑oriented phones and great choices for dads – they tend to keep a phone for at least four years.
The Realme has a larger display and a better camera, while the Poco offers a slightly smaller but sharper screen, bigger battery, UFS 4.0, a stronger processor, smoother UI, faster charging and more storage at the same price.
