Our women's recurve archery squad made history by beating host China in a nail-biting shoot-off to grab gold at Archery World Cup Stage 2 in Shanghai. The trio - Deepika Kumari, Ankita Bhakat and Kumkum Mohod - kept their cool in a final that finished 4-4, then edged it 5-4 in the shoot-off. It was extra sweet because we had already upset South Korea in the semis and then took down China right in front of their home fans. This is India's first women's recurve team World Cup gold since 2021 and everyone's hailing it as a big moment for Indian archery. Social media went wild, calling it one of our best archery performances in years. Credit: https://www.instagram.com/p/DYMFiw7mZIo/

Yaar, what a feat! I've been following Deepika Kumari's career for ages - she's an absolute legend.
I really hope we see this kind of performance at the Olympics, even if just once.
Can anyone tell me what a recurve bow is?
So, when's APL Season 2 coming? We need to keep the momentum going.
When will we get to see something like this at the Olympics?
