I know they look a bit sad but they're really tasty.
Recipe:
Ingredients (2 tsp each):
- Garlic powder, onion powder, red chilli powder, peri peri seasoning, oregano, salt (to taste)
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 400 g chicken breast
- 2 eggs
- Breadcrumbs
Method:
1. Cut the chicken into thin strips lengthwise.
2. Mix all the spices in a bowl, squeeze in the lemon juice.
3. Toss the chicken in the spice mix, stir well and let it rest for 15 minutes.
4. Beat the two eggs. Spread the breadcrumbs on a plate.
5. Dip each chicken strip in the egg wash, then coat with breadcrumbs.
6. Preheat the air fryer and cook at 190°C for 12 mins, flipping halfway and spritzing a little oil for extra crunch.
Enjoy!

What's the price of the chicken?
It either turns out super tasty or total flop - no middle ground. It'll go great with a greasy dip though. Looks kinda dry, though.
Guys, try this version and adjust the amounts based on how much chicken you have:
- Korean chilli oil
- Salt
- Half a spoon ginger‑garlic paste
- Just 5 ml honey
- Vinegar
- Soy sauce
Mix everything well and marinate the chicken for at least 1 hr, then air‑fry.
Which air fryer are you using? Any review?
