Post by: Shankar on May 07, 2026, 12:23 AM
~ 700 cal
~ 57g protein
- 50g low‑fat paneer, seared with half a tsp of ghee
- 60g soya chunks, marinated in dahi and spices, then stir‑fried with 1 tsp oil
- 65g uncooked rice (I usually make jeera rice, but plain works too)
- 180g Amul Masti dahi

Will soya chunks make you run to the bathroom because of the fibre? I usually switch to chicken, paneer or peanut protein if that happens.
