I was wondering what happens to people who reach a certain level at their company and cant move up to senior management roles, you know, when they hit a roadblock and cant grow anymore because only a few people can make it to the top. I know switching jobs is an option but its really tough to find a new one these days, so what do they usually do

The corporate world is pretty tough, but government jobs are even worse, they are designed to be stagnant. But heres a trick, when people get to their late 20s or early 30s, they start thinking about settling down and having kids. While they are busy with that, thats your chance to work harder and get ahead. If you can keep going, maybe get an MBA from a good institute or an [M.Tech](http://M.Tech) for a top role, you will easily overtake your peers who cant keep up
Capitalism is all about growth, so either the company expands and creates more opportunities, or new companies come up and people join them. Also, when senior people retire, that opens up spaces too. Of course, in real life, its not that simple
You need to know how to make things sound good, even if they are not, thats a key skill
Hierarchy is not the way to go, the pyramid scheme is where its at
What about being an Independent Director
