I have to say, BSNL has really outdone Jio and Airtel in this aspect, they are actually thinking about customer privacy
Is this really necessary just for recharging, I don't see the point in it, online recharges are usually more convenient unless you have no other option
I haven't recharged my sim at a shop in ages, I think it's been around 5 years now, and ever since then I have been using the Airtel app to recharge
The feature is pretty good but it's something that would have been great back in 2010
I always recharge using the Amazon pay wallet, which is loaded with an Amazon gift card that I bought using my SBI cashback card, I get 5 percent cashback all the time, sometimes I also use the SBI rewardz app to recharge
Why would someone wait for 30 minutes on the hotline just to recharge their mobile, the people they are targeting already go to a shop or someone they trust who has their number
If the network is not good then what's the point of all these features
I have wifi at home and I work from home so I don't use mobile internet much, but I have to say that switching to BSNL from Airtel was a huge mistake, their internet is so slow that even UPI apps don't work, I have tried it in multiple places, so I ported back to Airtel
BSNL having privacy features in 2026 is like finding a working fan in the summer in Delhi
BSNL is trying to solve a problem that might not even exist a few years from now
This feature would have been really good back in 2012
