I've been dealing with acne since 2022, mostly cystic on my forehead because of scalp issues. I didn't know how to manage it back then and just gave up. When it flared again in 2024, my whole year was full of sore, angry pimples on my face. But from 2025 onward I got really consistent with everything, especially the BP gel – it's a game changer. I also added glycolic acid in February this year, which helped a lot with the discoloration on my chin. In 2022 most of my breakouts were around my mouth, leaving spots.
