SUPR says it's 'monk fruit sweetened' and 'PCOS‑friendly', but the ingredient list actually shows sugar, no monk fruit, high cholesterol and some vague 'Oreo' component.
I was under the impression that people with PCOS should avoid sugar and high‑cholesterol snacks.

Claiming it's monk‑fruit sweetened while clearly stating 0 g monk fruit is just plain misleading.

I swear, I just saw this ad and was about to share it, but then thought, nope.
You missed the banner that plainly says - Contains: Dairy, Wheat, Sugar.
Those are exactly the three things you should avoid with PCOS, and gluten isn't recommended either.
Hey PCOS sisters, please steer clear of these weird, pricey PCOS snacks ????. They're as processed as regular chips or namkeen. Stick to whole‑food experiments! Even if you over‑eat at first, you'll still notice less inflammation.
