That crash out is legit, not gonna lie.

Make sure you set that cockroach-frog diagram on fire.
Disrespect to education. Still, that crash out is valid.
Donating to a poor person and then acting like a hero?
A little stress or anxiety can actually help you grow, it's needed to move forward in life. But if you're so stressed that you want to tear the books apart, that's a sign something's wrong - you probably don't enjoy what you're doing. Stop forcing yourself. It feels like you're being pushed, or your mind isn't ready with the patience and perseverance these exams demand. In that case, consider switching to something else; the world is huge with plenty of adventures and options. If you have fun, passion, and interest, go for it. That applies to any field - otherwise, just don't do it, simple as that. Also, there's no perfect, fairy-tale life in this field. The only thing that can keep you going is genuine passion; otherwise, you'll see many quitters, even after joining MBBS, MD, and so on.
