Just sharing this for fun, so don't take it too seriously. Obviously not everyone acts like this - it's just a handful of people, mostly kids, who either don't have a latest-gen flagship or think they're better because they stick to older phones. I myself own a Samsung and have used everything from the budget models to the top-end ones.

Not gonna lie, I was that third-type guy once. Now I've realised it's better to pick whatever you like and enjoy, instead of trying to prove one brand is better. I'm using an A55 at the moment.
That's spot on. I used to be the Samsung fan, but then I saw what other companies are doing. From now on I let my wallet do the talking. I'd pick any fresh tech over regression and stagnant stuff from Apple or Samsung.
I'm the first one.
I buy whatever gives me the most value... I've used Samsung, Xiaomi, Apple and I'm on Vivo now.
What about me?

True. New Samsung phones are a worse deal than Apple. The only upside is that original spare parts are cheaper.
Say whatever you want, I love my stuff.

The third point is spot on, but the second isn't. Apple users tend to show off way more than users of any other brand.
I'm kinda happy that Oppo and Vivo are launching their flagship ultra series in India. Both brands have a budget image here, so these won't make you stand out like flagship iPhones or Galaxys. They're legit sleeper phones.
X300 Pro - if you love photography, this is the real deal.
