Lately, we have seen a pattern where what we expect from a course does not match what we actually get. **I finished my degree, but dont find it useful...Which course made you feel this way?** Sometimes it is because the course was too theoretical and outdated. Sometimes the field is highly competitive. Sometimes, the reality of the job market is just very different. If you could go back to when you were choosing your course... What would you pick instead? myquals
My story is similar - I did Msc chemistry from a top college I really wish I had taken engineering instead of chemistry..I would have easily gotten a job..all my friends who even did engineering from lower ranked colleges are all placed somewhere..but here I am desperately looking for jobs.. preparing for govt exams.. everyone has moved ahead in their life..I am still stuck in a loop..
Civil engineering
Bsc in any field except stats and mathematics
BA History or Sociology are the courses I would pick if I had the chance to choose again.
