Racism against Indians is pointless, not gonna lie. The main reason I see is companies hiring Indian workers who work harder for lower pay, so locals don't get jobs and spread random hate and racism, smh.

Don't fall for Microsoft's tricks. Game Pass began as an affordable option, and they hiked the price as soon as people got comfortable, just like any other business. And if they cared about human development instead of AI replacement, they wouldn't have been firing people left‑right. It feels like a strategic PR move.

I'm happy to see my view on her proved completely wrong. Keep up the good work.

I really want her to give PlayStation a solid kick in the nuts with the next generation. Sony messed up big time, they get lazy whenever there's no competition. I hope the next Xbox generation is strong. Sony needs to learn their lesson, and I'm saying this as a PS fanboy.

She hasn't done anything for me. Microsoft doubled the PC Game Pass price in India, and now it's only 50 rupees cheaper.

She said exactly what people wanted to hear. Now let's focus on what she actually does.

Not all criticism is racism. Just because you belong to group A doesn't mean every critique you get is because of that. That said, I'm glad she's making good decisions. Microsoft isn't in a position to "take bold risks" with consumer peripherals, whether in gaming or Windows. Right now, unless you're a pea‑brain—which nobody at her level or above is—you know the best way to make money is to win back customers, so she's doing what's needed. I bet if they find a way, they'll push everything that brings quick cash: price hikes, lower‑quality production, inferior products. She'll go along with that too, but it's not a reflection on her personally; it's what the whole company does.

Cutting Game Pass prices is the only real thing on this list right now. Rebranding from Microsoft Gaming to Xbox? Really? Even the price cut is only happening because they shot themselves in the foot trying to chase a 30 % profit margin and alienated half their users.

Bro, she didn't do anything; rebranding and announcing a code name won't change anything. The next Xbox has been in the pipeline for ages and will arrive unless Microsoft shuts down. I'm pretty sure this post is a paid promotion.

What exactly is she cooking here? Apart from Game Pass—which is clearly a response to the criticism Microsoft's been facing—everything else is business as usual. At least give her some time to deliver; otherwise we'll just start glorifying another CEO.
